Egg-less Chocolate Cake Recipe (Microwave)

Chocolate cakes are always preferable almost everyone like its moist and fudgy delight, along with its tempting virtue it is very easy to prepare and remain fresh for 4 to 5 days under refrigeration. Let’s quickly learn this cake recipe.

Egg-less Chocolate Cake Recipe

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 2 tbsp Coco powder
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Pack Condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Gems
  • 1 Pinch Baking Soda
  • 1 Pinch Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients like all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and coco powder.
  2. Add vegetable oil in the same container.
  3. Add condensed milk in the same container.
  4. Add little milk if required, then add vanilla essence into it.
  5. Keep mixing them together.
  6. Its consistency should be like batter of dosa as shown in the image.
  7. Shift them in a lubricated microwave safe container.
  8. Put it on convection at 180 degree centigrade for 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. Serve it by desired decoration.
