Eggless Banana chocolate cake|Super quick sweet delight
This is a classic moist, rich and creamy chocolaty cake recipe made with banana and cocoa powder. Eggless Banana chocolate cake|Super quick sweet delight
- 1 Cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ Cup Oil (use any oil except mustard oil )
- ¼ Cup Curd (Use milk with vinegar if you want to replace curd )
- 2 Pieces Small-sized ripen banana
- 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 3 tbsp Milk Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda (use eno if you want to replace baking powder and soda)
- ½ tsp Baking powder (use eno if you want to replace baking powder and soda)
- 4 Pieces Dark chocolate (For decoration )
- 15 Pieces Cashew nuts (For decoration )
- 4 tbsp Demerara sugar (use powdered sugar if you want as per your taste )
In a jar add bananas and chocolate powder, make a paste.
In a bowl add ¼ cup of oil and curd and whisk it to form a smooth texture.
Add chocolate and banana paste and whip it again to form a smooth texture.
In another container sieve all-purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix the chocolate paste into it, add milk gradually to make a smooth batter.
Add demerara sugar and mix it into the batter.
Prepare the cake tin by placing the butter paper then transfer the cake batter into it,
Decorate it as per your choice.
Bake it under convection for 45 to 50 minutes, keep checking in between. The cake is ready demould it and serve it.
