Homemade chocolate without Sugar

I love chocolates, but when it comes to buying them from the store, I often get a worry, that they add too much sugar just to make them sweet, I have experienced a lot of store-bought confectioneries that carry a huge amount of sweetness which can not be tolerated at all. I was thinking why so? Is it the demand of the public these days? No…

There are people who are extremely health conscious and others who never mind eating sweets, but this amount of sweetness often brings guilt to me. Hence, I was wondering why not try it at home, where I can adjust sweetness according to my own wish. So in the very first trial, yeah it came out so perfectly that no one can ever think it is homemade. The addition of jaggery was making me somehow worried that would it taste like jaggery?

But to the surprise ! it was totally delicious with no hint of jaggery flavour, wow that was amazing, I was satisfied that this is a natural sweetener hence it guilt-free experience.
