Fruit And Vegetable Paratha Recipe
Fruit and vegetable patratha is very unique choice of ingredients for preparing a paratha, which makes them more delightful and healthy. Here I’ve used the pulps of fresh beetroot, carrot, pear and apple. In this fruit and vegetable paratha I tried making it more traditional by adding carom seeds and nigella or kalongi. Let’s lean how to prepare fruit and vegetable paratha recipe.
Fruit And Vegetable Paratha Recipe
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Pulps of each carrot, beetroot, apple and pear (The juices has been discarded )
- 1 tsp Celery Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 tsp Kalonji or Mangrail, Black Caraway, Nigella,
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Green Chili
- 1 tsp Salt
- Take wheat flour in a container and add the pulps of carrot, beetroot, apple and pear, in the same container add celery seeds, kalonji, salt and chopped onion into it.
- Prepare the dough as shown in the image.
- Divide the dough and prepare separate bolls as shown in the image.
- With the help of rolling pin and rolling board prepare the flat bread and sear them with the help of clarified butter.
- Sear it from both the sides. Serve it with any curry , chutney or mayonnaise.
