Herbed Paneer Curry Recipe

Adding a twist in any recipe make it more delightful, I have added herbs in my recipe of paneer while preparing the cottage cheese I added several herbs to make it more flavourful, and when it got to set, I prepared a curry using this, it came our truly delightful. Let’s learn how to prepare this recipe.

 

Herb's Paneer Curry Recipe

  • 1 Cup herb's paneer (Cottage cheese)
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Grind tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chili powder
  1. Take the herbed paneer.



  2. Heat oil in a pan and add paneer cubes into it.



  3. Saute them from both the sides so that they can turn golden brown.



  4. In the same pan add cumin seeds and let them splutter.



  5. Add chopped garlic in the same pan.



  6. Add chopped green chilies into it.



  7. When then get get cooked then add chopped onion.



  8. Add ground tomatoes into it.



  9. Cook them together unless they turns soft.



  10. Add all the spices along with salt.



  11. Mix them together unless aroma starts to emit from the spices.



  12. Add water in the pan.



  13. Cover the lid and cook it for few minutes.



  14. Remove the lid and and check the consistency of the curry.



  15. Add paneer cubes mix them well and switch off the flame.



  16. Add chopped coriander leaves into it.



  17. Serve it with rice or chapatis.
