Masala Flavour Paneer |Herbs Cottage cheese Recipe
Paneer or cottage cheese recipe is very easy to prepare, I am adding a twist to this recipe by flavouring it with few herbs. One can use coriander leaves and several seasonings available in the market these days. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Masala Paneer Recipe
- 1 ltr Milk
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
- Heat the milk and add few drops of vinegar or lemon into it.
- When milk starts curdling then switch off the flame.
- Segregate water and curdled milk with the help of cotton cloth and strainer.
- When excess water get soaked then let it rest.
- Add salt, black pepper and kasoori methi ( you can add coriander leaves and other herbs as per your choice)
- Mix it well and again wrap it under the cloth.
- Place any heavy material above it and let it rest for 20 minutes then transfer it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- When it becomes firm then slice them as per your desired shapes.
- Preserve it in airtight container for further use.
