Jack Fruit & Potato Curry

Jackfruit is one my favourite vegetable, I know it comes in the category of fruits, but I am fond of its ambidexterity. When it is raw, it can be cooked as curry recipe which is very aromatic and delicious, when it gets ripened as fruit, can be eaten directly and do not throw its seeds as seeds curry of jackfruits are paramount in its glee, last year I shared the seeds recipe, but this time I am gonna cook this curry with potatoes, it came out amazing, when its aroma ooze out perplexing my neighbour! who is cooking mutton tonight? Although they are aware we are a vegetarian family!

Jokes apart, Jackfruit is versatile, like I shared how one can use this one ingredient in several ways. It is filled with nutrients, fibre, plant-protein and delicious flavours of several spices. One can cook it in various ways, but my way of cooking is considered as ingenious to my family. So, let’s learn this recipe in my way.
