Karele Ki Bhujia Recipe | करेला भुजिया | Bitter gourd stir-fry
- 1 Piece Bitter gourd
- 1 Piece Small onion chopped
- 1 Piece Dried red chilli
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp Mango powder (Optional )
- 1 tsp Mustard oil
In a wok add 1 tsp of mustard oil heat it.
Add dried red chilli by breaking it.
Chop both the bitter gourd & onion.
Add it into the wok and fry it, then add salt and turmeric powder, mix it well.
turn it crispy and golden then serve it hot.
