List of Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks & Dinner| Vegetarian Food

How does one decide what to eat for Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks &dinner? Does anybody else feel confused about it?

Today I will share the list of recipes which will give you ideas regarding the recipes that can be chosen for breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner.

Recipes for Breakfast : 

    1. Cornflakes with milk and some dry fruits. (sugar is optional)
    2.  Oats Idli, rawa idli, ragi idli, rice & lentils idli, gram flour idli.
    3. Curd & flattened rice ( Dahi chuda) with some jaggery.
    4. Sattu drink ( Roasted gram flour, salt, black pepper,  roasted cumin powder, black salt, lemon, coriander leave and water) mix them and you are good to go.
    5. Methi ka paratha or thepla, simple paratha, laccha paratha, roti or chapati, rice roti with potato stir fry. ( Roti or paratha bhujiya) 
    6. Moong dal cheela, besan ka cheela, rice and lentils cheela, ragi cheela, rice cheela, mixed lenitls cheela.
    7. Misal pav, Pav bhaji, Vada pav.
    8. Bread pakoda, Bread sandwich, club sandwich, sandwich with cheese, sandwich with veggies.
    9. Pasta salad, pasta in red sauce, pasta in white sauce, pasta in green sauce, pesto pasta.
    10. Puri bhujiya, puri aloo, Puri with chana, Puri with sweet halwa, palak puri, beetroot puri, ajwin puri and sabji.
    11. Rawa upma, upma with sewai or vermicelli, sewai poha, poha, kanda poha, indori poha with namkeen & jalebi, Bihar poha with lots of veggies also known as chuda ka pulav, leftover roti poha, bread poha.
    12. Dhokla, handvo, khandvi, samosa, kachori, fafda, litti chokha.

Recipes for Lunch: 

  1. Rice, dal & sabji, steamed rice served with moong and toor lentils & any green veggies like broccoli fry, bhindi fry, potato and onion fry.
  2. Chapati, roti, paratha, puri with veggies of your choice.
  3. Bhindi masala with Rice or chapati
  4. Chola kulcha, chole puri, chole chawal, rajma chawal, Kadhi badi with rice, kadhi chawal, dal tadka with rice.
  5. Idli sambhar, Dosa sambhar and chutney.
  6. Beetroot rice, lemon rice, coriander rice, ghee rice, bisi bele bhath, curd rice, coconut rice, Saffron rice, jeera rice.
  7. Quinoa, Brown rice with some veggies.
  8. Pulav, matar pulav, tomato rice, biryani, paneer biryani, chana biryani, chana dal biryani, soya biryani etc
  9. Pyaj paratha with tomato chokha, naan, tawa naan, tandoori naan, wheat naan with veggies.
  10. Stuffed paratha, paneer paratha, missi roti, potato paratha, mooli paratha, gobhi parahta, matar paratha, sugar and jaggery paratha, chana dal paratha, salad paratha.
  11. Palak and beetroot paratha, chole bhature, sattu paratha, handvi, cheela of any kind.
  12. Khichdi, butter khichdi, puran poli, mung dal khichdi, gobi, matar & gajar khichdi, palak khichdi, tirumala style khichdi, rajma khichdi.
  13. Langar wali dal with chapati, Dal makhni recipe, Pasta with veggies, indian style pasta.
  14. Kathi roll, veg kathi roll, chow mean, noodles, momos, sambhar vada, litti chokha.

Recipes for Snacks: 

  1. Indian samosa, cheese samosa, jhatpat samosa, kachori, pyaj kachori, moongdal kachori, urad dal kachori, matar kachori, litti chokha.
  2. kebab, falafel, paneer tikka, fritters, pakoda, pav bhaji, soya chaap, khaman dhokla, medu vada, sprig roll.
  3. Burger recipe, khandvi, muthiya, methi mutjiya, hara bhara kabab, chakli recipe, veg cutlet.
  4. Instant rava dhokla, gobi manchurian, veg, shammi kabab, bhel puri, churda fry, puffed rice with ghughni (green peas gravy, brown gram lentils, chickpea gravy).
  5. Sabudana vada, cheese balls, bread pakoda, gobi 65, Mushroom Manchurian, Baby Corn Manchurian Dry And Gravy.

Recipes for Dinner: 

  1. Beetroot Pasta, tomato or red sauce pasta, roti bhujiya, roti dal tadka, rice and curry, Pumpkin soup, fried rice, litti chokha, Cheesy Zucchini Casserole.
  2. Aloo gobi curry, paneer curry, potato kashmiri, dahi potato, Vegetable biryani, paneer biryani, mushroom biryani, doodh roti, makke ki roti and sarso Ka saag or makke ki roti with milk.
  3. Palak ki sabji, roti bhujiya, khichdi, dal dhokli, mung gram curry, naan recipe, stuffed naan, Butter panner, idli sambhar, cheela, dosa etc.
  4. Pasta salad, boiled veggies salad, Veg manchurian, sambhar vada, dal rice.
  5. Rasam, kadhi badi, cadhi chawal, rajma chawal, dal makhni rice.
  6. Bisi bele bath, Beetroot rice, ghee rice, lemon rice, chole puri, chana masala, chole bhature.
  7. Masala dosa, Rava dosa, Neer dosa and Set dosa with Coconut chutney, Dal makhani, Peas pulao Kashmiri pulao Tawa pulao Paneer pulao Brinji rice.
  8. Tamarind rice, Sweet pongal, curd rice, paneer bhurji, rice, dal tadka, Sambhar rice, hakka noodles, Navratan korma,Paneer korma Potato kurma Cauliflower kurma.
  9. Dinner should be light so can be completed with sauteed veggies and milk.
