Today I am sharing something which can be eaten as dinner for weightless, it can even be used for diet and fasting days. I am gonna use the ingredients which is very common and great for weight loss. If you are struggling to get back on track in terms of diet. I prefer this perfect dinner to not only fill you up but also give you a boost in the right fat shifting direction!

Now, I am not one for faddy ‘miracle’ cures for weight loss, I believe in eating whole, natural and real foods and learning to listen to your body. When you do these things you will find an extra fat drop off (that’s why I created naturally Slim, a way to lose weight and get slim for LIFE!). But I do love black pepper, rock salt and believe that there are some foods that assist or support weight loss and optimum health.

 

Low-Calorie Vegetable Stir Fry recipe | Sauteed vegetables | Veggies stir fry | weight loss recipe

  • ½ tsp Clarified butter
  • ½ Cup Slit carrots
  • ½ tsp Rock salt
  • ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • ½ Cup Sliced capsicum
  • ½ Cup Sliced paneer (Cottage cheese)
  1. In the pan add ½ tsp of clarified butter.



  2. Add chopped and sliced veggies into the pan.



  3. Add crushed black pepper and rock salt to taste mix and switch off the flame.



  4. The recipe is ready to be served.
