Masala Veggies Burger Recipe

Burger or hamburger is the recipe hailing from 19th and 20th century, basically they were non vegetarian, but as we know for Indian’s several companies changed their strategies just to grab this diverse market. Hence giant companies who thought to jump in this market first extended vegetarian series in their product line. Recently nonchalantly we have several variations for this recipe. I’ve tried my hand on this by simply adding veggies after cooking them properly, let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Masala Veggies Burger Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Burger Bun
  • 1 tbsp Peas
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped Carrot
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 tsp Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Green Chili
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Eggless mayonnaise
  • 5 piece Paneer dices
  • 2 tbsp Smokey Tikka Mayonnaise
  • 2 slices Cheese
  1. Heat butter in the pan and add chopped ginger.
  2. Add chopped onion in the same pan.
  3. Add peas and chopped green chili in the pan and fry it.
  4. Add chopped carrot and cabbage in the pan and stir fry them.
  5. Add sat and black pepper and mix them properly.
  6. Use eggless white mayo I’ve used Del Monte white mayo.
  7. Add two tbsp of mayo and mix it well.
  8. Add small pieces of paneer.
  9. Slice the buns as shown in the image.
  10. Apply smokey tikka mayo as shown in the image.
  11. Put the veg topping and place cheese slices over it.
  12. Either grill it or serve it directly.
