Veggies And Grated Cottage Cheese Curry Recipe
- 1/2 cup Grated Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Mashed Green Peas
- 1 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Mixed Curry Masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Degi Mirch / Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Paste of Soaked and Grind Cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- 2 tbsp Chopped Corriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Salt (As per your taste)
- Heat clarified butter in the pan and add chopped onion, tomatoes, capsicum and mashed green peas and stir fry unless their rawness disappears.
- Add coriander powder and mixed spices in the pan.
- Add the paste of cashew nut and keep stirring it so that every thing gets mixed properly.
- Add 2 tbsp of water and keep moving the spatula so that every flavor can mix properly.
- If you have perforated flat soon then use it, other wise just keep churning the wooden spatula and keep mixing the vegetables.
- Add half a cup of water and mix it with spatula.
- Add kashmiri or degi mirch and mix it well. Kashmiri mirch adds color and flavor to the recipe.
- Add grated cottage cheese in the pan.
- With the help of spoon keep stirring it.
- Add 2 tbsp of water and mix it well.
- Add coriander leaves in it and mix it well.
- The recipe is ready to be served.
