Miracle (Carrot, Beetroot and Apple) Juice Recipe
I have mentioned the word “Miracle” to quote the amazing benefits of this juice which is extracted from carrot, beetroot and apple with half a cup of water, the quantity of apple, beetroot and carrot may vary as per your taste or choice. Drink it just after it is prepared, it is very quick recipe for amazing health benefits. Miracle (Carrot, Beetroot and Apple) Juice Recipe
- 1 cup Sliced Carrot
- 1 cup Sliced Apple
- 4 tbsp Chopped Beetroot
- 1/2 cup Water
- Take all the ingredients along with half a cup of water in a grinding jar and take a whirl around.
- The smooth mixture will look like this.
- With the help of cotton cloth segregate juice from pulp. ( Note: You can either use these pulps as salad, raita or prepare parathas )
- The segregated juice will look like this.
- Serve it and enjoy.
