Non fried Pua Recipe
Sometimes non fried recipes are preferable even during festive session, although I’ve already shun the usage of refined oil, and instead of that I use only clarified butter or mustard oil. So under my experimental cooking, I though to prepare non fried pua, Perplexed! I was knowing this! Let’s learn step by step process to prepare non fried pua recipe.
Non fried Pua Recipe
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp larified butter
- 1 tbsp Dry fruits like resins, almonds, cashew nuts
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 20 Pieces Gems
- Add all the ingredients in mixing bowl and mix it well, Keep it aside for 20 minutes by covering it with clean wrap.
- Take appam tray and grease with clarified butter.
- Put the batter with the help of spoon.
- Put gems pieces in between as shown in the image.
- Turn them so that both the sides can easily get cooked.
- Serve it.
- You can even prepare sugar syrup and put these pua inside it for better taste.
