Palak (Spinach) Paratha Recipe
Palak (Spinach) is considered to have immense nutritional value. We can include spinach in most of the recipe to get fabulous texture and aroma. Lets learn how to cook palak paratha.
Palak (Spinach) Paratha Recipe
- 1 cup Grind and boiled Spinach
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Gram Flour ( Besan)
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Kalonji or Mangrail, Black Caraway, Nigella,
- 1 tbsp Celery (Ajwain)
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Clarified Butter (Ghee)
- Take 1 cup wheat flour, half cup gram flour and add spinach, Kalonji, Celery (Ajwain) and salt.
- Add 1 tbsp Clarified Butter mix it well and form a dough by adding water slowely as shown in the image.
- Divide the dough a shown in the image.
- With the help of rolling board and rolling pin make parathas.
- Heat a pan and with help of ghee roast the parathas from both the sides.
- When it turns golden brown from both the sides the recipe is ready.
- Paratha can be served with any curry, chutneys or mayonnaise.
