Paneer Coconut Milk Curry Recipe

Paneer can be cooked with any spice gravy without changing its original taste. Here I’m mixing coconut milk powder to enhance its taste and give amazing texture and flavour.

Paneer Coconut Milk Curry Recipe

  • 1 cup Paneer cubes
  • 1 cup Green Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Coconut Powder mixed in water
  1. Take the pan and heat oil and fry paneer in it, when it turns golden brown remove it and add grind spices.
  2. Add all the spice in the curry and let it cook for sometime.
  3. Take coconut powder and mix it with water, I’ve take more coconut powder and water mixture as I am going to prepare some other dessert also, In this recipe we require one cup of this mixture.
  4. Now add fried paneer in the pot as shown in the image.
  5. Mix water and cook it for time.
  6. Add coconut milk and remove the pot from flame, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
