- 1 Cup Diced cottage cheese
- ¼ Cup Sliced onion
- 1 Piece Tomato chopped
- 1 Piece Slit green chilli
- ¼ tsp Each ginger and garlic paste
- 1 Piece Capsicum (Thinly sliced )
- ½ tsp Salt and turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp Gram flour
- ¼ Cup Water (For gravy )
- 1 tsp Mustard oil (For frying paneer as well as cooking )
- ¼ tsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Red pepper powder
- ¼ tsp Chole masala powder
In a wok add 1 tsp of mustard oil and fry cottage cheese cubes unless they turn golden.
In the same wok add onion slices and fry them unless they turn translucent, then add chopped tomatoes, slit green chilli along with ginger and garlic paste, cook them together.
Add capsicum, then add salt and turmeric powder cook them together then add gram flour, cook for some more time then add water.
Cover and cook for sometimes then check the rawness and add paneer cubes.
Serve it hot.
