Today, I am going to share a combo recipe of evening snacks, which can be enjoyed as dinner and lunch as well, just a few ingredients and all the recipes will be ready in a few minutes. So, starting with chilli garlic pasta, guacamole and finally finishing with sourdough toast. This recipe can be served to two to three people at a time, and guacamole can be preserved for the next few days if lemon juice is added. This recipe will be a meal for your guest, for a party, and for appeasing your kids. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare the recipe along with photographs. Pasta Preparation
- 1 Cup Pasta
- 2 Cups Water (To boil the pasta )
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Crushed black pepper
- ½ tsp Oil
- 1 Cube Butter
- ½ tsp Italian seasonings (As per your choice )
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Chopped colorful peppers
- 1 tsp Chopped onion
Guacamole Preparation
- 3 Pieces Avocado (Use two or one as per the size of the avocados )
- 5 Pieces Grape tomatoes (use half the slice of tomato if using the normal one)
- 1 tbsp Chopped colorful peppers
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Crushed black pepper powder
- ½ tbsp Chopped onion
- ½ tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- ½ Slice Lemon juice (If you want to preserve it for further consumption)
Sourdough toast
- 2 Slices Sourdough toast
- ½ cube Butter
- ½ tsp Italian seasonings
Pasta Preparation
In a bowl take 1 cup of pasta of your choice.
Add 2 cups of water and microwave it for 12 minutes, if you are boiling it on the stove then boil it for 20 minutes.
Strain it and add black pepper and salt.
In a pan add oil and butter then add chopped, garlic, onion and green chilies.
In the same pan add colorful pepper and add boiled pasta, toss them.
Add seasonings and garnish it with coriander leaves and the pasta is ready.
Guacamole Preparation
In a chopper add avocado and tomatoes and chop them roughly. Then transfer them into a bowl.
Add chopped green chilli, chopped onion, coriander and chopped peppers, mix it well and serve it.
Toast Preparation
Take the same pan in which the pasta was prepared, then sear the toast using a butter cube.
Sear it from both sides and sprinkle some Italian seasonings. The toast is ready to be served.
