Pasta Soup Recipe

I though to add boiled pasta in the soup recipe to make it more charming and nutritious, the usage of semolina pasta is making the recipe complete, the concoction of several colorful veggies making the recipe delightful and delicious. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this sumptuous delight.

Pasta Soup Recipe

  • 1 cup Boiled pasta
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic and green chili each
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped carrot and beetroot each
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Spinach
  • 1 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Black pepper and black salt each
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  1. Boil the pasta and wash, strain water from it.
  2. Take all the chopped ingredients as shown in the image.
  3. Add black pepper, black salt and chopped coriander leaves in boiled pasta.
  4. Heat clarified butter in the pan add cumin seeds and let it temper.
  5. Add chopped garlic and onion in the pan and stir fry it.
  6. When onion turns golden brown then add all the chopped ingredients.
  7. When ingredients turns soft then add boiled pasta.
  8. Stir fry it for some time.
  9. Add a cup of water into it.
  10. when water starts to boil then add cornflour and water mixture into it.
  11. Serve it hot.
