Pedakiya Kheer Recipe | Unique recipe of pudding

Today I thought to try a dessert, which is unique and quick, after getting an idea from pittha kheer recipe, I decided to try the same with pedakiya and it came out super well, when it was served hot it tasted like rabdi and when served cold it tasted like ice cream, I was worried as to how to use this leftover pedakiya which was made up of whole milk that is khoya, so I surprisingly under my experimental cooking tried this, without letting him (my hubby) know about the recipe, I asked him to taste it and he was amazed. Pedakiya Kheer | Kheer Recipe | Pudding Recipe

  • 1 litre Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 3 Pieces Whole milk Pedakiya
  1. Take 1 litre of milk and boil it.



  2. Heat it.



  3. Add 1 tbsp of chopped almonds and pedakiy aaftercutting.



  4. Cook it unless milk get reduced.



  5. Recipe is ready switch off the flame.



  6. Serve it hot or cold.
