Pumpkin seeds stir-fry | भुने हुए कोहड़ा/ कद्दू के बीज 🎃🎃🎃
- 1 Cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp Clarified butter
- 1 tsp Rock salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
Clean the pumpkin seeds, strain them and let them dry under the fan, you can even bask it under the sun.
Heat 1 tsp of clarified butter in a pan and fry the seeds.
Add 1 tsp of rock salt in the pan.
When pumpkin seeds starts to splutter and it turns crunchy then add black pepper powder or chat masala powder.
Switch off the flame and serve it.
