Raw Mango Dip | Kacche Aam Ki Chutney Recipe
During mango season, raw mango dip or chutney is a tangy and refreshing dish that is commonly consumed to combat the effects of summer. If you find yourself sweating profusely under the sun during this season, trying this chutney can help prevent dehydration and leave you feeling rejuvenated.
Raw Mango Dip | Kacche Aam Ki Chutney Recipe
- 1 Piece Raw mango (Boiled )
- 1 Cup Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Salt (As per the taste )
- ½ tsp Roasted cumin powder
- ½ tbsp Black pepper corn
- ½ tbsp Mustard oil
- 5 Piece Green chilli (As per the taste )
- 5 Piece Garlic pods
In a jar add garlic pod and green chilli.
Add washed and chopped coriander leaves.
Add raw and boiled mango pulp in the jar.
Add salt, peppercorn, cumin powder and take a whirl around.
Add mustard oil and take a whirl around.
Preserve it in an airtight container and enjoy it for a month or two.
