Laccha Rabri Kheer Recipe
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 3 tbsp Soaked or grind rice (Any one of them )
- 1 tbsp Dry fruits like Resins, Almonds and Cashew nuts (Each roughly chopped)
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rose Water
- 1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
- Take milk in a pan and boil it on low flame, keep cooking it by stirring on medium flame so that it can form creamy layer.
- With the help of spoon separate the cream and keep depositing it on the brink of cooking pan.
- Take soaked rice and grind it.
- Add sugar and dry fruits in the milk and keep stirring it.
- Add grind rice in the same cooking pan and with the help of ladle remove the separated cream layers and put it inside the milk. Keep cooking by stirring it so that rice can get cooked.
- Garnish it with dry fruits and holy basil and the recipe is ready to be served.
