Momos are filled dumplings often cooked by steaming, but nowadays several variance of the same recipe is available, one can customize it by adding various fillings as per the choices. I’ve prepared this by adding several colorful veggies, let’s learn step by step process prepare this recipe.

Instructions
  1. Prepare dough with both the flours adding a tbsp of oil and water and cover it with wet cloth.
  2. In a container add chopped ginger, carrot and capsicum.
  3. Add chopped cabbage.
  4. Add salt and pepper in the same container.
  5. Prepare poori shapes as shown in the image.
  6. Fill the dumpling with the fillings as shown in the image.
  7. Prepare the shapes as shown in the image.
  8. In the steamer let them cook and keep checking in between.
  9. Serve it with your favorite chutney.
  10. It looks amazing.
