Rice Cottage Cheese Cutlet Recipe
What should be the best use of leftover rice? Perplexed! Let’s try some tea time snacks, and yes this is best use of left over or extra cooked rice. I generally do not cook extra, because no one prefer eating the same recipe again and again, so I thought to cook some extra rice for this delightful snack.
Rice Cutlet Recipe
- 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 3 tbsp Grated Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Chopped Green chili
- 3 tbsp Corn flakes
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Vegetable masala powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt (As per your taste)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Take rice, rice flour, corn flour, coriander leaves, green chili in a bowl along with the spices and mix them well.
- In the same bowl add grated cottage cheese.
- Take corn flakes and grind them in coarsely.
- Prepare cutlet shapes as shown in the image.
- Dip the cutlets in cornflakes dust.
- Apply some oil on the pan and sear them.
- Put it on kitchen towel and the recipe is ready to be served.
