Sago vada for Fasting | Vrat falahari Sago vada |Non fried vada

Sabudana vada or cutlet or tikki is a deep-fried snack or appetizer which makes for a very good evening snack or breakfast. But I am making it oil-free and non-fried, this version can be served during fasting as it is non-grain and gluten-free, it is perfect to serve it for Indian Fast Days or Vrat or falahari. The ingredients being used are rich in carbs and glucose which is perfect for fasting. I love these vada’s with green chutney but today I am going to serve it with coconut chutney. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
