Sewai Recipe | Seviyan / Semiya Kheer | Vermicelli Recipe
- ¼ Cup Vermicelli
- 2 tbsp Sugar (As per your taste )
- ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp Assorted dry fruits (Including almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, pistachio, chironji etc)
- ½ Litre Milk
- ½ tsp Clarified butter
Hear ½ a litre of milk in a bowl.
In a wok add ½ tsp of clarified butter and heat it, then add assorted dry fruits and roast them.
In the same wok add vermicelli and fry it unless golden brown.
Add milk cook it for some times, then add sugar as per the taste, mix them well.
Garnish it with assorted dry fruits and serve it.
