Spicy Aloo Fry Recipe

Spicy Aloo Fry

  • 1 cup Roughly Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green chili
  • 3 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  1. Take cooking pot with mustered oil and add roughly chopped potatoes in it and fry it for 5 minutes.
  2. Fry it till it gets golden brown as shown in the image.
  3. Add all the spices as shown in the image.
  4. Cook the spices as shown in the image.
  5. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves as shown in the image, this quick and simple recipe is ready to be served with rice or chapatis.
