Spinach Pasta Soup Recipe
Soup is basically preferred during winter season, but I’ve prepared it as evening appetizer, spinach and pasta both are making it healthy and super delicious. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Spinach Pasta Soup Recipe
- 2 tbsp Tricolor pasta
- 2 tbsp Chopped Spinach
- 1 tsp Peas
- 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 cup Corn starch water
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
- Heat clarified butter in a pan then add cumin seeds and let it splutter, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, boiled pasta and chopped spinach in the pan.
- When leaves turns soft and reduces then add black pepper and salt.
- Add 2 cups of water in the pan and let them cook together.
- In the meantime take a bowl and add corn starch and salt together and prepare a mixture of running consistency.
- Add cornstarch and water mixture in the pan and mix them together to get proper consistency.
- Cook them by stirring and switch off the flame.
- Serve it by sprinkling little pasta seasoning.
