Split Lentils And Veggies Fritters
Split lentils and veggies inside is very amazing in taste, color and aroma. Sometimes it is good to have these fritters during tea-time or as a side dish with main course. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Split Lentils And Veggies Fritters
- 1 cup Soaked split black lentils
- 1 tbsp Green Peas
- 1 tbsp Grated Beetroot
- 1 tbsp Grated Carrot
- 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Celery Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Degi Mirch / Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green chili
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- Take soaked black split lentils and grind them to prepare a batter.
- Add all the spices in the batter as shown in the image.
- Add grated beetroot, carrot, onion, chopped green chili, green peas, ginger and garlic paste as shown in the image.
- Add salt and mix them well.
- With the help of hand or spoon prepare fritters as shown in the image.
- Take it out from oil on kitchen towel and it is ready to be served.
