Split Lentils And Veggies Fritters

Split lentils and veggies inside is very amazing in taste, color and aroma. Sometimes it is good to have these fritters during tea-time or as a side dish with main course. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.

Split Lentils And Veggies Fritters

  • 1 cup Soaked split black lentils
  • 1 tbsp Green Peas
  • 1 tbsp Grated Beetroot
  • 1 tbsp Grated Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Celery Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Degi Mirch / Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green chili
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  1. Take soaked black split lentils and grind them to prepare a batter.
  2. Add all the spices in the batter as shown in the image.
  3. Add grated beetroot, carrot, onion, chopped green chili, green peas, ginger and garlic paste as shown in the image.
  4. Add salt and mix them well.
  5. With the help of hand or spoon prepare fritters as shown in the image.
  6. Take it out from oil on kitchen towel and it is ready to be served.
