Sprouts Stir Fry Recipe
Sprouts are very nutritious and can be eaten raw as well as cooked. Those who can not digest raw sprouts they can either boil them or make a tasty recipe like this, let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Sprouts Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 tbsp Lobhia
- 1 tbsp Brown chickpeas
- 2 tbsp Moong Beans
- 2 tbsp Moth beans
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Piece Slit Green Chili
- 1 tsp Sabji masala powder
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Heat oil in a pan and add sprouts, cauliflower florets, slit green chili, chopped tomatoes and let them sear.
- Add Turmeric powder and salt stir fry them.
- Add vegetable masala powder and mix them well.
- Serve it hot with any side dish.
