Thin chow mean | Skinny Chow Mein | Pan Fried Noodles

Today I am sharing a very special recipe of thin chow mein, which is especially found in certain places and stores. So let’s learn what is chowmein and this is amazing, I am glad sharing this recipe with all of you. Chow’ means fried and ‘mein’ means noodles in the Chinese language.

It’s a popular Chinese dish but it is also famous throughout the world. Every country makes its own version of Chowmein. In India and Srilanka, spicier Chowmein is preferred.

The crunchy vegetables and the spicy flavoured noodles will not make you realize how much servings you have had. Be generous in making them  😂Finish your meal with some sweet and cold dessert to heal your tongue 😂 I usually have chocolate ice-cream later or cold milk after this, but this time I am not making it much spicy but this time it is colourful with so many veggies and sauces.
