Vegetable and Black Split lentils Fritters Recipe

Vegetable and Black Split lentils Fritters Recipe
- 1/2 cup Black Split Lentils (Urad)
- 1 tbsp Grated Beetroot
- 1 tbsp Green Peas
- 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Grated Carrot
- 1 tsp Funnel Seeds
- 1 tsp Celery Seeds (Ajwain)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mixed Curry Masala
- 1 tsp Degi Mirch / Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- Take soaked black split lentils and grind them.
- Add all the ingredients except grated beetroot, grated carrot, onion and green peas.
- Mix them well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Mix grated beetroot, grated carrot, chopped onion and green peas in the batter.
- Mix them well and the batter is ready.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters.
- The fritters are ready to be served.
