Vrat Wale Matar Paneer Curry Recipe
- 1 cup Paneer cubes
- 2 tbsp Peas
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
- 1 tsp Chopped Green chili
- 1 tbsp Chopped tomaroes
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Sabji masala without onion grlic
- 1 tsp Coriander Leaves
- Heat a pan and add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Heat clarified butter in the same pan and add chopped tomato and green chili
- Add peas and stir fry them.
- On a griddle sear paneer cubes unless they turns golden brown from all the sides.
- Add all the spices in the pan and mix them well.
- Add paneer cubes and stir fry them for few minutes.
- Add half a cup of water and let them boil.
- Add coriander leaves and cook them together for flavor.
- When extra water evaporates then turn off the flame.
- Serve it by sprinkling some coriander leaves.
