Amaras is an Indian summer staple dessert, it is nothing just a flavoured mango pulp and it gets ready in just ten minutes, a ripe mango puree is a popular sweet dessert with a couple of Indian spices like cardamom and saffron along with a spoon of sugar blend together with the pulp and your treat is ready. The addition of kesar (saffron) or cardamom powder makes it aromatic and colorful. Aam Ras Recipe | Mango Puree | Mango dessert

  • 5 Piece Mango
  • 2 tbsp Raw sugar
  • 5 Strands Saffron
  • 4 Pieces Cardamom
  1. Take 5 mangoes and immerse them in water.



  2. After 5 to 6 hours remove the water and roll it with your hand so that the pulps can become soft, squeeze the pulp into a container and blend them.



  3. In a grinder add raw sugar, cardamom and saffron, and take a whirl around to make a fine powder.



  4. Add flavored sugar powder into the mango pulp and blend it again and the recipe is ready, preserve it in an airtight container and enjoy it for a week.
