Aloo Paratha Recipe

Aloo paratha is very common and easy recipe of Indian subcontinents, it is flatbread filled with potato masala. Let’s learn how to cook this recipe.

  • 2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chili
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 2 cup Wheat flour
  1. Make the dough of wheat flour as shown in the image, and divide the dough.
  2. Take boiled potatoes and mash it add all the ingredients as shown in the image.
  3. Make the shape as shown in the image and fill it with potato paste.
  4. Wrap it with dough as shown in the image.
  5. With the help of rolling board and rolling pin form parathas.
  6. Flap it and sear it with the help of ghee or vegetable oil.
  7. Paratha is ready to be served with any vegetable or chutney.
