Banana Walnut Choco cake

I am preparing an eggless cake recipe which can be made with any natural egg replacers like curd, condensed milk, milk and lemon solution, oil, or banana. I have used a unique blend of the ingredients, some nuts and fruits for its amazing look and of course Belgium chocolate for its aromatic kick. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe. 

Banana Walnut Choco cake

  • 2 Cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Demerara sugar
  • 1 tbsp Tutti Frutti
  • 2 tbsp Walnut
  • 1 tbsp Cherries
  • 3 Piece Belgium chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp A blended mixture of curd and 2 ripe banana
  1. In a bowl add wheat flour.



  2. Add 1 tsp of each baking soda and baking powder.



  3. Mix them well.



  4. Add condensed milk.



  5. Add demerara sugar into it.



  6. Add the mixture of curd and banana.



  7. Add cocoa powder.



  8. Mix them well.



  9. Add tutti Frutti.



  10. Add walnut into it.



  11. Place butter paper in the bread mould.



  12. Apply butter on the bottom of the mould.



  13. Add 1 tbsp of butter in the bowl.



  14. Mix them well.



  15. Transfer the batter into the bread mould.



  16. Decorate it with the cherry.



  17. Sprinkle walnut into it.



  18. Add Belgium chocolate.



  19. Under convection bake it for 30 minutes under 180-degree centigrade.



  20. The cake is ready.



  21. Serve it as per your choice.
