Boiled Veggies Stir-Fry

  • 1 tbsp Boiled and chopped beens
  • 1 tbsp Boiled peas
  • 1 tbsp Boiled and sliced carrot
  • 1 tsp Rock salt
  • 1 Pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Clarified butter
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds


  • Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of clarified butter into it, add a tsp of cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  • Add beans and fry them.
  • Add peas and fry them together. 
  • Add boiled carrots into it and fry them.
  • Add rock salt and mix them well.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric powder and mix them well.
  • Recipe is ready to  be served.
