Capsicum Mustard Curry Recipe

Mustard paste curry for any vegetable seems authentic, and the aroma of freshly grind spices adds tranquil charm in it, keeping in mind olden tradition and authenticity of these flavours lets try Capsicum Curry.

Capsicum Mustard Curry

  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green chili
  • 1 tbsp Garic Ginger paste
  • 1 Piece Chopped Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Piece Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  1. Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp cumin seed in it.
  2. Add mustard oil in the pan and heat it for sometime.
  3. Take 1 tomato, yellow mustard, green chili, garlic and ginger and grind it.
  4. Add this in the pan and saute it for sometime, and add turmeric powder,red chili powder, curry powder in it.
  5. Cook it for sometime and then add Chopped Capsicum (Bell Pepper) and cook it without lid.
  6. Recipe is ready to be served with chapatis or rice
