Fruit-Yogurt Salad (Delight) Recipe

Summer is nearby and having Fruit Yogurt in your diet will be a nutritious option to keep your stomach cool. Colours in food makes it healthy, the way we embellish our dishes gives it unique delicacy and delight. For e.g. add walnut to this awesome salad to make it more delightful. Hence today I wanted to bring some limelight on organic food with awesome look, and taste is an added advantage.

You can chose fruits of your choice. Here, we’re using hung curd as the base of this recipe so as to make it more delightful.

Fruit-Yogurt Delight

  • 1 Sliced Bananana
  • 1 tbsp Caster Sugar (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Resins
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Cherry
  • 1 Sliced Kiwi fruit
  • 1 sliced Pear
  • 1 cup Blue Concord Grapes (Black Grapes)
  • 1 cup Hung curd
  1. Take all the fruits of your choice.
  2. Add hung curd in it along with caster sugar. To make hung curd, put 500 gm of curd in a cotton cloth and hang it for 30 minutes,
  3. Mix all the ingredients together
  4. Add broken walnuts into it and refrigerate it for 20 minutes. And your Fruit yogurt delight is ready.
  5. Serve it by the embellishment of your choice.
