Coriander Raita Recipe

Coriander Raita is refreshing and exhilarating raita made with fresh coriander leaves and smooth yogurt, with a few hint of spices just to add tanginess to the recipe. It can be prepared after grinding coriander leaves along with some fresh mint leaves with garlic and green chilli, but that is another version of this recipe, I have used dried mint leave powder just to add its flavour, It is perfect to be eaten with stuffed parathas, biryani or pulao. It is easy to make a dish that you can include it to your meals with dal, sabzi and phulka chapatis. Tempering this raita makes it more delicious and flavourful, but here I have not used any tempering process as it is for the extreme summer session. It is a simple, ten-minute recipe that has so many variations and can become spicy or plain, sweet or savoury as per the choice of the cook or chef. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
