Falafel Tikka Recipe
I play with recipes…I fill twists…But virtue and taste never get compromised…Previously I posted about Falafel recipe, Now I am adding a twist in this recipe. It is the sobriquet to Tikka. Let’s learn how to cook Falafel Tikka.
Falafel Tikka
- 1 cup Hung curd
- 4 Pieces Falafel Chunks
- 2 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Amchoor Powder
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 Medium Size Onion
- 1 Medium Size Bell Pepper (Capsicum)
- Take a cup of hung curd.
- Add all the spices.
- Mix all the spices with hung curd properly as shown in the image.
- Cut Onion and Bell Pepper (Capsicum) in Cubical form.
- Add Falafel Bolls, Bell Pepper (Capsicum) and Onion.
- Mix all the ingredients together.

Decorate the skewers with Falafel, onion cubes and Bell pepper (Capsicum) as shown in the image.
- Either Grill it in Microwave, Griller or even on Tawa.

Serve it with Chutneys, Mayonnaise or your favourite sauce.
