Mango Ice-cream Recipe
Ice-cream is the best way to appease ourselves during summer season, and if it comes with a punch of mango then it’s an add on like a canopy of delight. I’ve not added any other tranquility and chimes to enhance its flavor as mango itself completes the delicacy, I’ve served this ice-cream with custard and trust me it is just amazing. Let’s quickly prepare this recipe.

Mango Ice-cream Recipe
- 1 cup Whipping cream or heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Milk Maid
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Mango
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp Sprinklers
- 7 Piece Gems beads
- Take mango pulps and sugar in a grinding jar and grind them.
- Take a bowl and add chilled cream.
- With the help of whipping machine whip it.
- Add condensed mil and whip it again.
- Add vanilla essence and whip it again.
- Add grind mango and sugar paste and whit it.
- Add few sprinklers and mix it well and then transfer it into ice tray or any container.
- Decorate it as you like, wrap it with wrapping roll and refrigerate it for 8 to 12 hours.
- In a bowl put custard and put the ice-cream and serve it.
