Palak Paneer (Spinach Paneer) Curry Recipe
Spinach paneer curry is very healthy and tasty recipe, it can be served with rice or any flatbread. I’ve used boiled spinach for making the curry as it will not get discolored while cooking because we don’t need to cook much as it is already boiled. I’ve roasted paneer for making my recipe, one can use boiled paneer for this recipe, I’ve used garam masala powder if you want to use hot raw spices then its well and good. Let’s learn step by step process to cook palak paneer recipe.
Palak Paneer (Spinach Paneer) Curry Recipe
- 1 cup Boiled and grind Spinach
- 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Choppped Ginger
- 2 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Vegetables Oil
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green chili
- Take a pan and roast paneer. One can boil them also.
- When paneer turns golden brown remove it from the flame and put it aside.
- Take boiled spinach and tomatoes and grind it. One can cook tomatoes later during gravy preparation.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and let the cumin seeds splutter, add finely chopped garlic ginger, green chili and onion, one can use the paste of these ingredients or after roasting them one can grind it.
- Add all the spices along with salt and let it cook unless its rawness vanishes.
- Add paneer pieces and stir it with food turner.
- Add grind tomato and spinach paste in the same pan and mix it well.
- Serve it with any main course recipe.
