Paneer chilli Dry Recipe

Chilli Paneer or Paneer chilli is one of the popular recipes from the Indo-Chinese cuisine. There are many ways of making it. It can be cooked dry, semi-dry or a gravy version. In this post, I am sharing the dry version. Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) is tossed in a flavorful spicy sauce made with soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar & tomato sauce, the quantity of each of them may vary according to the taste and colour you wanted to bring in your recipe. But I have added the spice mix to enhance its flavour which is totally optional.

I still remember how I use to cook and try recipes after reading in Sunday magazines, I was a kid and still I had a passion of cooking, I remember the thele wale uncle (trolly man) who use to sell indo-Chinese recipes. I use to watch him cook while making an order but never knew how to cook it properly as the ingredients were hidden & secret. But yeah one fine Sunday I got a magazine loaded with Indo-Chinese recipes and that was the first time I tried & it gave confidence due to perfection while cooking, now I cook them almost every weekend and I am having so many tips and tricks to share for these recipes.
