Pasta chilli Recipe

Under my experimental cooking, I thought to give it a try for pasta as pasta chilli, and it turned out marvellous. I am using fusilli pasta for this recipe and amazed by the aroma it carries. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe. 

Pasta chilli Recipe

  • 1 Cup Fusilli pasta
  • 3 Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 tsp Each chopped ginger and garlic
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp Diced carrot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped beans
  • 1 tsp Corn Kernel
  • 1 tbsp Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Diced capsicum
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Cup Corn flour and water solution (Adjusted as per the required gravy )
  1. In a bowl add fusilli pasta.



  2. Add 3 cups of water into it.



  3. Boil the pasta using microwave for 10 to 20 minutes and then strain extra water.



  4. Add 1 tsp of salt, 1/4th tsp of black pepper powder and 1 tbsp of corn starch and mix them well.



  5. Put the marination aside for few minutes.



  6. Heat mustard oil in a wok,



  7. Add fusilli pasta and shallow fry them.



  8. Put it aside in a container.



  9. Again fry them so that they can turn crispy.



  10. Put them out from the oil and keep it aside.



  11. In the same wok add chopped ginger and garlic.



  12. Add chopped green chillies.



  13. Add diced carrot and beans into the wok.



  14. Add corn kernels and diced onion into the wok.



  15. Add diced capsicum and finely chopped spring onion into the wok and mix them well.



  16. Add fried pasta into the wok and mix them well.



  17. Add all the sauces into the wok along with vinegar and mix them well.



  18. Add corn starch water into the wok and mix them well.



  19. Simmer it for some time, add salt if required.



  20. Switch off the flame and the recipe is ready to be served.
