Roti Poha Recipe
Roti poha recipe is very delicious and perfect choice when you have some leftover chapatis at home, it can be served as evening snacks or morning breakfast, try with chapatis which is cooked in morning for evening poha as old chapatis doesn’t tastes good. Trust me it is very delicious, keeping in mind its navratri I’ve avoided the usage of garlic and onion, but if you cook it on normal days choices of vegetables would be up to you. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this recipe.
Roti Poha Recipe
- 3 Medium sized Chapatis
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Add a tsp of oil in a pan and roast peanuts, when they turns golden brown then remove it from the pan.
- In the same pan and a tsp of oil followed by cumin seeds, black mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- With the help of hand cut the chapati’s in small pieces and grind them with the help of blender. then add that coarse mixture in the pan as shown in the image.
- Add roasted peanuts and mix them with chapati’s.
- Add salt, sugar and turmeric powder in the pan, stir fry them together.
- Switch off the flame and sprinkle lemon juice.
- Recipe is ready to be served.
