Tomato & Onion Sandwich

Tomato and onion mixed with salt and pepper is really breathtaking combination for a super quick and healthy breakfast. I thought to bring this delight as it is my regular routine recipe, in a heasty morning schedule this is the best option to grab and run for work. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this sandwich. 

Tomato & Onion Sandwich

  • 2 Slice Milk Bread
  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green chili
  • 1 Piece Each almond carrot and beatroot (For garnishing)
  1. Take all the ingredients like tomato, onion, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix them well with the help of spoon. Now the filling is ready.
  2. Heat a pan and grease it with clarified butter.
  3. Put the bread slice and roast it from bother the sides.
  4. Take another bread slice and roast it from one side if you want then roast it from either sides.
  5. Now spread the filling on the surface of bread.
  6. Place the other toasted slice.
  7. Serve it with some almonds, carrot and beetroot slices.
