Vegetable Curd Sandwich Recipe

Sandwiches can be prepared through innumerable ways, I thought to add some twist in the recipe so that one can enjoy this recipe without any guilt of calories. Diet conscious people can try this recipe at home, it is best lunch box recipe while heading for office or school. Let’s learn step by step process to prepare this quick and health friendly recipe.

Vegetable Curd Sandwich Recipe

  • 1 cup Hung curd
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomatoes, capsicum, beetroot,coriander,tomatoes (any freshly chopped veggies as per your choice or availability)
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter (Ghee) (One can use butter also)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 Slices Of Brown Bread
  1. In a bowl take chopped vegetables as shown in the image.
  2. Put hung curd and chopped vegetables in a container.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves in the same container
  4. Sprinkle black salt, salt and black pepper in the container.
  5. Mix it well as shown in the image.
  6. Take both the slices of brown bread and with the help of spatula or butter knife spread the fillings over one slice.
  7. On the other slice sprinkle melted clarified butter.
  8. Put it on a griller.
  9. When it will be grilled from both the side then put it in a plate.
  10. Cut it from the middle and pack it in your lunch box.
