White sauce cheesy, saucy & creamy pasta | Bechamel Sauce pasta

This recipe is super easy and simple to try and can be served as dinner, lunch, breakfast and evening snacks. It can even be included in the quick recipes category as it is ready in just thirty minutes. It is rich, creamy, saucy pasta perfectly seasoned with Italian herbs and topped with cheese. It is very light and can also be called comfort food. 

If we talk about white sauce pasta then it is simply the cooked pasta dipped in the creamy and cheesy sauce made with milk, butter, flour and cheese. You can use any herbs of your choice, even veggies can be experimented with as per the choice and love.

In this recipe I have not sauteed the veggies, I prefered blanched veggies, as it may reduce the step and make it more healthy. Let’s learn the steps with photographs and also watch the video embedded just to get more close look and understanding.

White sauce macaroni | Bechamel Sauce pasta

  • ½ Cup Macaroni
  • 2 tbsp Blanched carrots
  • 1 tbsp Chopped and blanched beans
  • 2 tbsp Blanched peas
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tbsp All purpose flour
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Salt (As per the taste )
  • ½ tsp Italian seasonings (including pizza oregano, Italian herbs, Italian seasonings etc )
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Oil and salt (For boiling macaroni )
  1. In a wok add water and heat it.



  2. Add ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of oil.



  3. Add ½ cup of macaroni into the wok.



  4. Add veggies and blanch it.



  5. Strain it, chop the veggies.



  6. In a wok heat butter and add flour, fry it.



  7. Add milk and whisk it.



  8. Add black pepper and salt to taste.



  9. Add chopped and blanched veggies.



  10. Add cheese and Italian herbs.



  11. Serve it.
